COOKIES
Some Internet pages use so-called cookies.
Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses.
Cookies serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure.
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

You can change the settings of your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. However, when cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be somewhat limited.

ANALYSIS TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
When visiting our website, your surfing behaviour can be statistically evaluated. This is done primarily with cookies and so-called analysis programmes. The analysis of your surfing behaviour is usually anonymous; the surfing behaviour cannot be traced back to you. You may object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools.

WEBCAMS
We offer 4 webcams with a view of our territories to show you their beauty as well as the wind and weather conditions at any given time.
Webcams typically do not record the images - accordingly there is no obligation to report, as no data application (§ 4 Z 7 DSG 2000) exists.
Typically there is also no video surveillance in the actual sense, since the purpose of filming is not to record damage to property or attacks on individuals.

YOUTUBE
Our website uses plugins from Google's YouTube site. This website is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
If you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This way, the YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited.
If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to associate your surfing behaviour directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
The use of YouTube is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
For further information on the handling of user data, please refer to YouTube's privacy policy at: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

GOOGLE WEB FONTS
This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google to consistently display fonts. When you access a page, your browser downloads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
To do this, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This way, Google becomes aware that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a consistent and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font is used by your computer. Further information about Google Web Fonts can be found at developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google Analytics cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both his website and his advertising.

You may block the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS REMARKETING
Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in connection with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

This function enables the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing to be linked with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. This way, interest-related, personalized advertising messages that have been customized for you on a device (e.g. mobile phone) depending on your previous usage and surfing behaviour can also be displayed on some other device of yours (e.g. tablet or PC).

Once you have given your consent, Google will link your web and app browsing history to your Google Account for this purpose. This way, the same personalized advertising messages can be delivered to every device you sign in to with your Google Account.

To support this feature, Google Analytics collects Google authenticated user IDs that are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and create cross-device targeted advertising.

You can permanently object to cross-device remarketing/targeting by disabling personalized advertising in your Google Account by following this link: www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.

The summary of the data collected in your Google Account is based solely on your consent, which you can submit or revoke to Google (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a DSGVO). For data collection operations that are not merged into your Google Account (for example, because you do not have a Google Account or have objected to the merge), the collection of data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) DPA. The legitimate interest is based on the fact that the website operator has an interest in anonymous analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.

Further information and the data protection regulations can be found in Google's data protection declaration at: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/.

GOOGLE ADWORDS AND GOOGLE CONVERSION-TRACKING
This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising programme of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google").

In the context of Google AdWords, we use the so-called conversion tracking. If you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files that the internet browser places on the user's computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can see that the user has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers see the total number of users who have clicked on their ad and have been redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that personally identifies users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to its use by simply deactivating the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via your Internet browser under User Settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

Conversion cookies" are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both his website and his advertising.

For more information on Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking, please see Google's privacy policy: www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

You can set your browser so as to be informed about the setting of cookies and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies upon closing the browser. When cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.
